Privacy policy

Without an account

You can use Holical without signing up. To show today's holidays where you are, the site stores small cookies in your browser: your device's time zone, and the country, region and language you choose. They stay on your device, are not linked to your name, and you can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

With an account (optional)

If you sign up we store your name, email address and a hashed password, the places you save, and whether you want the weekly email. You can remove saved places or turn off the email on the My countries page. To close your account, email info@holical.com.

Advertising

Holical is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
